New Additions to the Family

Most people get cats, dogs, or maybe a hamster for a pet. We get three chicks! Our new additions are named Arthurina, Reena for short, Ebony, and Gertrude. They currently spend their time in a box under a heat lamp in our kitchen and master bathroom. We have to move them around to keep them away from Sweet Pea the cat! We were told today they need to stay warm (or in the house) for the next 4 weeks so it should be very interesting.

Easter!

Easter weekend was a very special time for us in the Wright family. We were able to make a whirlwind trip to the Tri-Cities to see some family. We saw some of my family members that we haven't seen in a very long time so we had some wonderful fellowship. Both Nana and Nona were very good to the girls this weekend and both girls came home with wonderful Easter baskets from Nona and new items of clothing from Nana. Easter Sunday was the first time I had attended our church, 2nd Baptist Clinton, for an Easter service. It was an amazing time. It was great for our family to be reminded that our chains are gone and we've been set free because of the amazing sacrifice our Lord made for us. And of course no Easter can be complete without new dresses so here are a few pictures of my beautiful girls modeling their Easter look!

Sweet Note on a Spring day!

I came home one spring afternoon to find this sweet note and medicine cup of flowers on my counter from my 10 year old (who wasn't focused on good spelling!) and my husband. It made my day so I had to take a picture!

I have finally decided to start a blog. Adam and I received a video camera for Christmas this year and I thought the perfect way to share some clips would be through a blog.

My first post is a video of my 2 year old niece Sandi Marie singing "Jesus Loves Me."
